Importing your old Tweets to Bluesky

If you have a lot of useful info in your old Tweets you might want to simply import them into Bluesky. That way you can easily refer to them. Very useful if you want to show that you tweeted an excellent prediction 7 years ago on our current political situation.

There are several tools for importing your Tweets to Bluesky.

Blue Ark

Simple service where you provide login info and they scrape Twitter to import all your tweets. Very professional. Cost is based in how much data they need to import. For 5k posts they would charge $6.20 . Very soon they will have cheaper method that works via archive files.

Porto

A simple web interface. Free.  Currently, all timestamps set to import time, which is very undesirable.

Bsky Importer

Technically complicated because you need to download from Github and run a python program on the command line. Free. Do not know if it gets the dates of the tweets right.
